Five9 and T&N strengthen their market presence in Switzerland and Austria
Through the new cooperation, contact center provider Five9 and ICT service provider T&N strengthen their market presence in Switzerland and Austria.
Five9, leading provider of the Intelligent CX Platform, and T&N, service provider for IT and telecommunication technology, today announce the signing of an agreement to partner for Switzerland and Austria. With this strategic partnership, the two companies are expanding their market presence in the two countries. In both Switzerland and Austria, T&N is Five9's first partner.
By adding the Five9 Intelligent CX Platform to its portfolio, T&N is broadening its position in the area of cloud-based contact center solutions within the regions. T&N , has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and integration of communication and contact center solutions in Switzerland and Austria. Likewise, T&N's expertise in network security and ICT services forms a pillar of the partnership for consulting and implementation of solutions with Five9.
