The next step into the future

T&N appoints future CEO. Emma Page is the designated managing director of T&N Switzerland.

T&N Group takes the next step – new management team appointed in Switzerland. The merger with WTG Holding GmbH has been successfully completed. WTG has now also arranged for the CEO succession.

Since T&N was founded in 1996, an ambitious vision has developed into a company with around 180 employees at 12 locations in Switzerland and Austria. With the merger with WTG Holding GmbH, company founders Brigitte and Hermann Graf laid the foundation for the successful and future-oriented continuation of the company. In the meantime, the future management team has also been defined, marking another important step in the company's development.

Meanwhile, another significant milestone has been successfully reached. Emma Page, a seasoned manager with extensive experience in the ICT industry, will succeed Hermann Graf. She will join the T&N team on 1 September 2025 and will undergo a handover period with Hermann Graf, who will remain CEO until the end of the year. Emma Page will officially take over management of the company on 1 January 2026. She will join the existing management team with the aim of building on existing strengths and driving forward new initiatives. Hermann Graf will support the transition until the end of March 2026, after which he will continue to support the new owners and Emma Page in his capacity as a member of the Board of Directors.

Emma Page brings extensive experience from the ICT industry, particularly in transformation, digitalisation, sales and operations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of B2B Operations & Digital at Sunrise UPC, where she managed over 250 employees and numerous strategic projects. She will collaborate with the T&N team to ensure the company continues to develop successfully and realise its full potential.
