T&N sets course for the future

After three successful decades, the T&N Group is taking another important step in its development. As part of the WTG Group, T&N is opening up new perspectives and at the same time ensuring a secure future for employees, customers and the company as a whole.

For almost 30 years, the T&N Group has been an important constant in the ICT landscape in Switzerland and Austria. Founded in October 1996, an ambitious vision has developed into a company with around 180 employees at 12 locations. Today, T&N is a valued partner for ICT services, IT security, cloud computing and many other solutions.

An important and right step

After careful preparation, the company founders Brigitte and Hermann Graf have decided to arrange the succession for the T&N Group and thus secure the long-term development of the company.

On May 27, 2025, WTG Holding GmbH, based in Berlin, acquired 100% of the shares in our holding company and thus all affiliated companies in Switzerland and Austria. Like T&N, WTG is a family business with an impressive 112-year history and is represented with 15 locations in Germany, a software development facility in Poland and a small location in Switzerland.

Powerful synergies, new prospects

WTG and the T&N Group are a perfect match: Where strengths overlap, powerful synergies are created, and new opportunities and perspectives open up in areas that were previously covered by only one of the two companies. The T&N Group will cover Switzerland and Austria within the WTG Group and retain its independence.

For customers, this step means that they will benefit from the new synergies in the future. The range of services will be expanded in a targeted manner, and the enlarged network will also ensure positive developments. At the same time, customers can rely on the usual T&N quality.

Change and stability

T&N is moving into the future with the same company name and the same strong team. Employment contracts, tasks, locations and responsibilities will all remain the same. T&N's proven management team guarantees continuity and reliability.

Company founder Hermann Graf will continue to serve as CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors until 31 March 2026. After this date, he will remain on the Board of Directors and support the new owners in an advisory capacity. A suitable person is being sought to succeed him as CEO.
