Closer to the Customer, Clearer in the Market: Robert Dondic Becomes Chief Sales Officer
Closer to the customer, clearer in the market – that is the ambition with which we welcome Robert Dondic as our new Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
With him, we gain an experienced leader who will drive our sales organisation forward with purpose – focusing on the Enterprise and SME segments in the Swiss market.
Robert brings nearly twenty years of experience in the enterprise telecommunications sector. At Sunrise Business, he first led sales teams for strategic accounts as Head of Key Accounts, before taking on the role of Senior Director, overseeing the entire enterprise sales organisation for French-speaking Switzerland – with revenue responsibility of over CHF 60 million across sectors including healthcare, financial services, the public sector, and international organisations.
What convinced us about his profile: he understands complex customer needs, navigates demanding sales cycles with substance, and builds long-term relationships – both internally and externally.
